The cap inner of this item is made of ABS , injection gray. The tube inner is made of ABS, injection gray. The lip balm tubes outside is made of aluminum.
Outside part is aluminum ,and looks like much more high - end. So it is a little more expensive. If you need much cheaper lip balm tubes, we provide ABS lip balm tubes. The size is similar as aluminum one.
 
We also provide sample service:
If you can pay for the freight, we can send samples in stock for free.
If you want a simple with your logo, we will charge reasonable sample fee and freight.  If you place the order, the sample fee will be returned.

1. How can I get a sample ?
Some samples without logo in stock ,we can send immediately.But for shipping charge, no matter if you are a new customer for our company, you only provide us fedex,dhl or ups account number for freight collect. If you want special decoration or printing on tubes , we can make samples in 7 days . It bases on reasonable sample charges.
2. Could you do design for us?
yes, we can do artwork including printing logo for you, if you provide us the content and tell us where to put.
3. How can we place order?
After we made agreement on the product surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment ( deposit ) we will make PPS samples for your final confirmation.
After your approval, we will start mass production. As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have bottles in stock ,we can ship immediately as soon as possible.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
4. What's your payment term?
30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through paypal or Escrow. please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
5. How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like HK Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS. usually it takes 3 - 7work days to arrive.I
