This lip balm tube is made of PP , injection clear or any other color. 
Strength, stiffness,hardness and heat resistance of PP are better than that of low pressure polyethylene. PP also can be used when temperature is about 100 .

Common acid, alkali and other organic solvents almost have no effect on it. PP can be used in tableware.

As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 4 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have lip balm tubes in stock, we can ship immediately as you wish.

1. How can I get a sample ?
Some samples without logo in stock ,we can send immediately.But for shipping charge, no matter if you are a new customer for our company, you only provide us fedex,dhl or ups account number for freight collect. If you want special decoration or printing on tubes , we can make samples in 7 days . It bases on reasonable sample charges.
2. Could you do design for us?
yes, we can do artwork including printing logo for you, if you provide us the content and tell us where to put.
3. How can we place order?
After we made agreement on the product surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment ( deposit ) we will make PPS samples for your final confirmation.
After your approval, we will start mass production. As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have bottles in stock ,we can ship immediately as soon as possible.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
4. What's your payment term?
30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through paypal or Escrow. please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
5. How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like HK Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS. usually it takes 3 - 7work days to arrive.If big quantity we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. if urgnet, you can select shipping by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
